Yes, April 4 seems to be THE day for Dutch Urban Commons, or should we say Amsterdam Commons? On the day that we launch our own commons site with a festive symposium in A Lab, the Dutch documentary series Tegenlicht is organising a meet up in Pakhuis De Zwijger on (almost) the same topic! We propose the following: join us for an afternoon with talks on culture & the city, have dinner in De Tolhuistuin, De Ceuvel or across the IJ, and then get on your bike and continue the commons discussion at Pakhuis De Zwijger!

And do check out the work of prof. Tine De Moor, professor of Institutions for Collective Action in Historical Perspective at Utrecht University. Last year she and her team organized a large conference where they brought research and practice together.
